Privacy Policy
This policy describes the private, personal-use Hermes Google Workspace integration operated for its account owner.
Google data accessed
With the owner's authorization, the integration can access Google Drive file metadata and content, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. It can read, search, create, update, upload, download, organize, share, or trash items when the owner requests those actions. Basic Google account identity information may be used to confirm the authorized account.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to carry out requests initiated by the account owner, such as finding a document, analyzing selected content, or editing a file. It is not used for advertising, sale, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Processing and disclosure
Data may be transmitted between Google APIs, the owner's authorized Hermes installations, and the AI-processing provider configured by the owner, only as necessary to complete the requested task. Google user data is not sold or disclosed to advertisers. Task outputs may remain in the owner's Hermes session history according to the owner's Hermes and model-provider settings.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored separately on each authorized Hermes installation in owner-restricted credential files. The public website at this domain does not receive or store OAuth tokens, Google files, or account data. Each authorization can be revoked independently.
Retention and deletion
The integration does not create an independent public user database. Google files remain governed by the owner's Google account. The owner can delete Hermes session history according to their Hermes configuration and revoke the integration at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
Google API Limited Use
Hermes Google Workspace's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
